These clippings cover forty years of professional cooking across eighteen countries. They run from the early Italian years through the Canadian and Australian periods to the Gulf and Southeast Asia.
The Australian coverage is the densest. Giampaolo was recruited from Milan to open Modo Mio at Crown Perth and led it from 2011 to 2013, which brought coverage in The West Australian, Perth Now, WAtoday, WA Scene and Hospitality Magazine Australia. The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Western Australia ran his cooking demonstrations as part of a series certified Ospitalita Italiana by the Italian government.
The most recent coverage is from Abu Dhabi, where he created the revamped menu at Marco Italian at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in May 2023.
