chefmaffini.com is the professional website of Chef Giampaolo Maffini.
The site is operated by MindBE Education FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean MindBE Education FZCO trading as Chef Maffini. “You” means anyone who visits or uses this site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may read this site, share links to it, and print pages for your own personal or internal business use.
You agree not to:
- copy, republish or resell any part of the site for commercial gain
- scrape the site or harvest content with automated tools

Recipes. The recipes on this site, and in the cookbook, are the work of Chef Giampaolo Maffini. A bare list of ingredients is not protected by copyright. The written method, the headnotes, the wording, the photographs and the way a recipe is presented are protected. You may cook any recipe here for yourself, your family and your own guests. You may not republish a recipe on a website, in an app, in a book, in a magazine or on social media without our written permission. If we do give permission, credit Chef Giampaolo Maffini and link back to this site.
Photography. Every food photograph, portrait and kitchen image on this site is protected by copyright. Some images are ours and some are licensed from photographers, publications and venues. You may not download, copy, crop, repost or use any image for any purpose without written permission. That applies to commercial use, to blogs, to stock libraries and to AI training sets. Unauthorised use is monitored and we will act on it.

Consulting enquiries and no guarantee of engagement
This site describes the consulting services Chef Giampaolo Maffini offers. That includes opening and pre-opening consulting, menu development, kitchen training and task force chef work.
